Canada and United Kingdom shipping

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address.

The fees vary according to the destination country, range from 5,00€  up to 40,00€ .

To know the shipping costs, is simple: just add the product of your choice in the list, the calculated shipping costs are automatically posted al the total.

You will also have the opportunity choose the day of your delivery in the 10 working days. Already past the 10 working days, the package will be returned to sender. Service exclusively by Paris intre-muros.

Shipping Cost and Order consolidation

We advise you to regroup you buy in  one single order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will then have to pay for both shipping.


Packing

Packages are oversized and protected of foam and plastic bulles. Un special protection for fragile products, however, if it appears to be damaged or a liquid out of the packaging upon delivery it is better to refuse the package and immediately contact us immediately trigger a new expedition.


Return of your package (withdrawal)

The legal guarantee of the Act of 1 September 2004 continue to apply; it expresses that if the consumer is faced with a defect or a manufacturing defect, it can return the goods within the statutory period.

You have the right to notify to NATURAMedicatrix which give up the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. The returns must be received and packaged in the state. The goods must be returned unused.


Incidents Delivery

At the time of delivery, we strongly recommend you to carefully check your package and check the contents in the presence of the deliveryman before signing the delivery, your signature discharges your responsibility !!

Any complaint regarding the number, content and status of the package must be notified clearly and precisely to the carrier himself and written on the delivery slip which you must sign. You will also need to notify us within 24 hours following receipt of the package, by sending an email to Customer Service, logistique@naturamedicatrix.zendesk.com, by specifying your adresse, invoice number, the products references appearing on the invoice and specifying the reasons for your claim.
