Our Shilajit comes from the summary of the Himalayas in India, more than 2000m altitude. Its frame, serene and protected from pollutants, makes it a strongly concentrated, pure and natural component.
It is a plant substance whose color varies from white, gray to brownish. It oozes rocks, under the effect of heat, where it is collected on the steep walls at altitudes between 2000 and 5000m.
It constitutes a purified and concentrated substance, consisting of organic and mineral materials.

Composition of Shilajit: 85 minerals and trace elements
Each capsule consists of 600 mg of Shilajit. It is essentially consisting of humus that breaks down slowly, characteristic organic components of soils, and full acids: "carrier molecules", humic acids and trace elements (iron, calcium, copper, copper, Zinc, magnesium, manganese, molibdène, potassium ...).
Human substances come from the perennial association of plants, algae, foams and microorganisms. They also contain Nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur.
Does not contain any GMOs or additive.

Directions for use
- 1 2x capsule / day during meals.
Contraindications
An increase in the uric acid rate would appear to be observed in some people. This is why shilajit is not recommended in case of high uric acid or drop.
Shilajit is not recommended for individuals with high ferritin.
The shilajit being acidic it can be irritating for people who have sensitive stomach.
