Modification and grouping of orders

5. Delivery, postage and returns

5.1. Delivery

Metropolitan France Order

Three carriers are offered for choice: World Relay (Relay Delivery only), Colissimo (48h to 72h) or DPD France (24h to 48h).

Colissimo (48h to 72h)

Home only with signature

Get to the address of your choice. Your package is handed over to hand. If you are away, it will be made available in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 business days from the passing notice to remove it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender and the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

DPD France (48h to 72h)

We work with the DPD group to make the deliveries of your orders. The DPD group has been CO2 Neutral Certified.

World Relay (3 to 5 working days)

World Relay is currently available for Metropolitan France and Belgium.

The departures are made every day for any order placed before 11:45, the next day for any order placed after 11:45. There is no departure on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Once the package is supported by Mondial Relay, a tracking number is provided so that you can follow it to the selected relay point.

The package remains at the disposal 8 calendar days. After this period, your package will be returned to us and the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping costs are offered from an amount of 35 €.

Order Belgium

The parcels are usually shipped no later than 24 hours after your payment and put 48 hours to 72h to reach destination.

Two shipping modes are available:

• Standard delivery via Colissimo / Bpost (with signature).
• Relay point delivery with Mondial Relay.

5.2. Delivery times of products

Fast shipping of your orders

Delivery times indicated on the site agree on the validation of payment. In the absence of specific indication, the delivery intervenes at the latest within 30 days.

There is no order shipping during the weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays. The orders placed on Friday after 11:45 are shipped on Monday morning.

Orders delivered outside the European Union

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are expressed excluding taxes. Taxes are payable by the customer at the receipt of the package, according to the laws in force in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire with local authorities on customs duties, local taxes and other import duties that may be claimed, these rights not falling within NATURAMedicatrix.

5.4. Returns

Return of goods

The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal
