After ten years of work, ATLAS OLIVE OILS, the producer of Olivie oils, has become one of the very first olive oil companies in the world to be certified carbon neutral (or ZERO CO2) under the international PAS 2060 standard (Certificate No. 22/156).

What is hydroxytyrosol?
It is one of the main polyphenols found in olives and the olive tree. Its content varies widely from one oil to another, and it is this content that Olivie Pharma® products highlight.
What do “30x” and “4000x” mean?
They indicate the approximate hydroxytyrosol content compared with that of a traditional olive oil: around 30 times more for Olivie Plus 30x and around 4,000 times more for the Olivie Riche extract.
How do the three products compare?
In terms of hydroxytyrosol content, one teaspoon of Olivie Perles is equivalent to 3 capsules of Olivie Riche and to around 62 spoonfuls of Olivie Plus 30x. The choice mainly depends on the form you prefer: oil, capsules or pearls.
Can I cook with Olivie Plus 30x?
Yes: it can be enjoyed on its own, with bread or as a dressing (salads, fish, toast…). For a milder flavour, it can be combined with other vegetable oils.
