What is blond psyllium?
It is the outer coating (husk) of Plantago ovata seeds, also known as Indian plantain. Rich in mucilage, it swells on contact with water. It can be mixed into a large glass of water or a juice.
How do I use moringa powder?
Simply mix it into water, juice, a smoothie or a fruit compote.
