Aloe Vera is a precious plant for your well-being.
It is a very high source of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, long-range polysaccharides, rare polyphenols, amino acids and essential fatty acids, aromatic oils, ...
Our aloe vera is also concentrated in aloverose (about 9%, 680 mg of Aloverose per liter). This Active substance is naturally located in the cool sheet of Aloe Vera and is full of many beneficial properties specific to this plant. Some manufacturers dilute their juice so that the concentration of aloverosis is halved, but the most warned consumer tastes it immediately. Our aloe vera juice contains the whole of the aloe vera leaves, whose content is preserved to the maximum thanks to our cold manufacturing mode.
Our aloe vera juice is purified and devoid of anthraquinone Whose high dose consumption can cause inconvenience, such as diarrhea, cramps ... The taste of Aloe Vera juice is slightly bitter.

Quality by our cold process
This aloe vera juice (with pulp) of Dr. Jacob's® is obtained using a unique method. After manual picking, the following steps are done quickly, in the 24 hours after harvest. Then, the juice is obtained by a natural and cold process, and contains leaves pulp. Each step is done at low temperature, including pasteurization!
In our process, pasteurization is done using high pressures, which eliminates pathogens while maintaining the excellent nutritional quality of Aloe Vera juice! High temperature pasteurised juices are losing about 70% of nutrients! Which is not our case.
This mild process preserves freshness, nutritional values and excellent quality of juice and precious aloe vera pulp.
