Directions for use
1 capsule twice a day, at the main meals.
During the day, blood glucose (blood sugar level) fluctuates. If you eat a food mainly composed of fast sugars (milk, kellog's, cereals, mashed ...), these will quickly be assimilated into the blood and will cause a rapid rise in blood glucose. Contraindications
