Boswellia - a well kept secret ...
The Boswellia, also called incense, is the resin of the incense tree (Boswellia). For a long time, incense has great popularity in Ayurveda. The resin of the incense shaft contains a particularly high proportion of essential oil (up to 10%) and boswellic acids (α and β acids). Our highest quality extract is standardized at least 75% of boswellic acids, including 40% β-boswellic acids and 10% AKBA (3-acetyl-11-ceto-boswellic acid).

MSM - The power of sulfur
The human body consists of 0.2% sulfur. As a component of amino acids and enzymes, sulfur is present in almost all the cells of the body (in our skin, our bones, our joints and our muscles).
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane / Methane methyl sulfonyl) is an organic and biologically active sulfur compound that also provides valuable methyl groups. With a sulfur content of 34%, it is a natural provider of this mineral element.
The MSM obviously has nothing in common with sulphide (sulphite) compounds, which are controversial in terms of health and are used to increase the shelf life of dried fruits, vinegar and wine, for example.
