The choline is what?
The choline is a (micro) nutriently natural nutrient. It is found in some foods and is also produced by the body.
It was formerly designated as a vitamin B. Since 1998, choline has been officially classified as essential nutrients.

Directions for use
1.5 ml 1 to 2x / day in 300 ml of water, preferably with the Alkaline formula.
To drink preferably at the meal.
Do not use on a stomach sensitive to acidity.
Well agitate before use
Never consume pure!
Do not eat lactacholine in a hot liquid (> 50 ° C). Indeed, the vitamins B1, B2, B6 and choline are sensitive to heat and deteriorate.
