Directions for use
Take each day 4 tablets (4G), well distributed over the day or swallow in 1x before bedtime to promote relaxation and normal sleep (melissa).
Contraindications
Divide the intake in sensitive people, as the high magnesium content can result in soft stool.
Only use after consulting a doctor in the event of potassium balance disturbances (due to medicines), hyperkaliémia, alkalosis or renal insufficiency.
