Our Shilajit comes from the summary of the Himalayas in India, more than 2000m altitude. Its frame, serene and protected from pollutants, makes it a strongly concentrated, pure and natural component.

Each capsule consists of 600 mg of Shilajit. It is essentially consisting of humus that breaks down slowly, characteristic organic components of soils, and full acids: "carrier molecules", humic acids and trace elements (iron, calcium, copper, copper, Zinc, magnesium, manganese, molibdène, potassium ...).

Contraindications
An increase in the uric acid rate would appear to be observed in some people. This is why shilajit is not recommended in case of high uric acid or drop.
Shilajit is not recommended for individuals with high ferritin.
