Strengthened by sleep hormone
Melatonin is the "sleep hormone", it intervenes in the rhythm day-night of our body.
- It helps reduce the sleeping time, take 1 mg shortly before bedtime.

It also helps to mitigate the subjective sensation of the hourly offset if you take at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of the trip and the first days after arrival at destination.
Marine magnesium for nerves and psyche
While the classic marine magnesium is not always tolerated and is not well absorbed, serene night contains a very special patented marine magnesium: the hypro-ri®. It is indeed a chelated marine magnesium ("imprisoned") in a rice protein, which gives it exceptional bioavailability and optimal tolerance!
Ingredients
Hypro-Ri® Magnesium (Marin magnesium oxide, rice protein hydrolyzate; 46%), valerian extract (23%), balm extract (9%), pensiflower extract (9%), extract from Hops (5%), anti-custody: cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetals), silica, melatonin (0.2%). May contain traces of hull fruit.

Directions for use
Swallowing 1 tablet with a little water shortly before going to bed.
