What is the difference between Aloe vera and Aloe arborescens?
They are two species of aloe. Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) is the best known. Aloe arborescens, smaller and more branched, is used by Pur’Aloé in a drinking juice and a dedicated skincare range.
What does “native Aloe vera” mean?
The juice or gel is obtained directly from the fresh leaf, rather than reconstituted from powder or concentrate.
Are Pur’Aloé and Écoloé the same brand?
Both brands are made in Provence by Ciel d’Azur Labs. Pur’Aloé is the expert range based on native aloe; Écoloé offers more affordable organic personal care.
