We collect and process your data solely to offer you a fluid, secure and relevant purchase experience, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (RGDP) and the applicable cookies regulations.

What data do we collect ?
Account & Controls
Identity, coordinates, delivery and billing addresses, order history, means of payment used (without complete storage of bank data at home), exchanges with customer service.
Communication
E-mail address and preferences related to the newsletter, messages sent via the contact form, requests for assistance (including via Zendesk), and possible voluntary information related to a product advice.
Navigation
Technical data and navigation (IP address, device type, pages consulted, cookie preferences), collected via our consent headband and, depending on your choices, through analysis or advertising tools.

We treat each request as soon as possible and, at the latest, within the one month planned by the RGDP, except in particular cases authorized by the regulations.
Supervisory authority
NATURAMedicatrix Sàrl being established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the competent supervisory authority is the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) - 15, Jazz Boulevard, L-4370 Belvaux - cnpd.public.lu. If you reside in another Member State of the European Union, you can also seize the control authority of your country of residence, including the CNIL in France (CNIL.FR).
Security of your data
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure: restricted access, secure trade, selected service providers, and good e-commerce safety practices.
No system is perfectly tamous, we also invite you to protect your identifiers and report any suspicious activity related to your account.
Who accesses your data ?
Your data is processed by our teams and by technical providers acting on our behalf, as subcontractors within the meaning of RGDP, within the framework of contracts governing their obligations:
- Hosting of the site - Maehdros
- Online payment - Lyra Collect (Lyra Network), Paypal and Alma (payment in several times). We never store your complete banking data.
- Delivery - Colissimo, DPD, Bpost, Mondial Relay, Post Office (International Delivery) and, if applicable, any other carrier or relay network network selected when ordering.
- Customer Service - Zendesk
- Customer Reviews - Yotpo
- E-mailing and newsletter - Brevo
- Audience measurement - Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), according to your consent choices for cookies.
These providers only access the data strictly necessary for the execution of their missions and act in accordance with our instructions and the applicable regulations.
Data transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers may be required to process or host certain personal data outside the European Union, including when their infrastructure or parent companies are located in third countries.
When such transfers take place, they are supervised in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGDP), in particular by means of:
- a decision of adequacy adopted by the European Commission ;
- membership, where applicable, at EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework ; ;
- or contractual terms Types (Standard Contractual Clauses - CSC) approved by the European Commission, accompanied, where appropriate, additional protection measures.

Exercise your rights

If you have a customer account, you can exercise some of these rights directly from your "RGPD - personal data" space, including to export your personal data or apply for rectification or erasure.
For any other request, or if you do not have a customer account, you can contact us via our contact form. We will deal with your request as soon as possible and, at the latest, within one month planned by the RGDP.
Minor
The site addresses a major clientele. If you are a parent or legal representative and see that a minor has sent us personal data, contact us so that we can delete them as soon as possible.
