Preparation & Delivery times
Any order placed before 11:45, from Monday to Friday, is sent to the extent possible the same day or at the latest the next business day. The orders placed after 11:45 are shipped the next business day.
The indicated delivery times are from the validation of payment and after processing the order.
No shipping is made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in France. An order placed on Friday after 11:45 is shipped from the following Monday, outside the holiday.
In the absence of specific indication, the delivery intervenes at the latest within 30 days.

Global relay
World Relay is available for relay deliveries in metropolitan France and Belgium.
Once your package is supported, a tracking number is provided to follow its routing to the selected relay point.
The parcel remains at your disposal during 8 calendar days. After this period, we returned to us and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Colissimo
Your package is delivered to the address indicated when ordering, with signature discount.
In case of absence, the parcel can be made available in your post office. You then have 10 working days to remove it. After this period, it returned to the sender and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery outside the European Union
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are invoiced excluding taxes. Customs duties, local taxes or other import charges may be requested at the reception of the package.
