And if it was rather what we do not eat, the enemy of our health?

And if it was rather what we do not eat, the enemy of our health?

Do you pay enough attention to what you do not eat?

A recent study published in March 2019 by the Lancet newspaper has shown that in reality, which kills the most prematurely in our today's society are not all the bad things we fail but rather all the good things we do not consume.

Indeed, while 55 million people died in 2017, in the world, ⅕ of these dead are due to too much salt in the body, a lack of complete cereals and fruits.

More so because of excessive consumption of soda and red meat.

These results are worth the entire planet and for everyone not just for populations or geographical areas.

The table below classifies the nutritional causes of premature mortality in China, India, USA, Indonesia, Brazil.

  • 1: The most common cause
  • 15: the least common cause

The top 3:

  • overlooking
  • too few complete cereals
  • too few fruits

And if we started to bother us for what we do not consume enough?

Certainly, we must not (re) start drinking sodas or even eating red meat every day, but this study shows us how much our body is cruelly needed some elements.

We need to focus on the nutritional value of our dishes and consume in a reasonable way!
