Stratped & Smoothies based on aminobase
Basic recipe for a struck
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, 200 ml of soybean and 200 ml of water in a mixer, mix everything. A glass of oats contains more carbohydrates and fewer protein than a glass of soy. Oats can be a tasty alternative. The gaseous water associated with aminobase gives more air and more creamy consistency to stricken.
Vanilla
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of soy
- 200 ml of water
- 1 pinch of vanilla clove
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, 200 ml of soybean, 200 ml of water and vanilla in the mixer, mix the preparation.
Struck with chocolate and cinnamon
Ingredients for a portion:
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 400 ml of oats
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, cinnamon, cocoa, oats in a mixer, and mix everything. For more sweetness, add stevibase.
Struck in cucumber and mint
Ingredients for a portion:
- 100 g cucumber
- 3 strands of fresh mint
- 200 ml of almond
- 200 ml of water
- 43 g aminobase
- Alkaline salt blood pressure
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase as well as other ingredients in a mixer, mix the set.
Struck
Ingredients for a portion:
- 2-3 aminobase measurements
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml of oats or soy (possibly vanilla aroma)
Mix oats and water in the mixer. Also pour soy or oats and shake. For more gentleness Add to the mixture of Steviabase.

Pour 4-5 aminobase measurements, 200 ml of soybeans, 100 ml of water, 100 g of fruit in a mixer, and mix everything. Oat preparation contains more carbohydrates and fewer protein than soybean. It is also a tasty alternative.
Smoothie with raspberry
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of almond
- 100 ml of water
- 2 raspberry handles
- 1 teaspoon of Steviabase
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 aminobase measurements, raspberries, almond beverage, water and stevibase into the mixer, mix everything.
Smoothie with strawberry and cashew nuts
Ingredients for a portion:
- 30 g of non-salty cashew nuts
- 300 ml of water
- 2 strawberry handles (fresh or frozen)
- 43 g aminobase
Reduce the cashew nut in fine powder, then gradually add water. Then pour strawberries and aminobase into the mixer, mix everything. For more gentleness, add stevibase.
