Ingredients (for a portion):
- 200g of strawberries or other seasonal fruits
- 100g millet
- ½ cinnamon teaspoon
- 4 tablespoons of oat milk
- Steviabase tasteful
Recipe:
Heat the millet in 200ml of water and let it shudder for 5 minutes. Then cut the plate and let it swell 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the fruits and if necessary cut them into small pieces. Mix them with the millet with the other ingredients.
TIP:
Millet is an excellent iron supplier, silicon and zinc.
