Each mushroom is presented as a concentrated extract, obtained by dual water + alcohol extraction, at 200 mg per mushroom per 2 capsules.
Per 2 capsules, the complex provides 200 mg of reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum, ratio 20:1, equivalent to 4,000 mg of raw mushroom) and 200 mg of each of the other three extracts (ratio 15:1, equivalent to 3,000 mg of raw mushroom each).
The extracts come in a plant-based capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Each box contains 60 capsules, easy to fit into your daily routine.
