Ingredients (for a portion):

  • 1 apple or other seasonal fruit
  • 50g oat graumu
  • 5g of chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 200ml of soy milk
  • 5ml of Lactirelle
  • Ceylon cinnamon according to taste

Recipe:

Wash the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a dish and mix well.

TIP:

5ml of Lactirelle contain 1.5 μg of vitamin B12 . Adults should consume 2.5 μg per day.
