A fruity concentrate based on natural L(+) lactic acid, with blackcurrant and elderflower, to be diluted in water as an alternative to sugary soft drinks.

5 ml (1 teaspoon), 1 to 2 times a day, diluted in 200 ml of mineral water, with meals, or even added to breakfast cereal.
Contraindications
Do not consume undiluted: highly concentrated product.
Not suitable for elderly people or for people with kidney disease, diabetes with insulin resistance, or who are being treated for high blood pressure (do not exceed 1 g of potassium per day).
Use only after consulting a doctor in case of (medication-related) disturbances of potassium balance, hyperkalaemia, alkalosis or liver failure.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

A fruity alternative to sugary soft drinks that you mix yourself
A few millilitres of Lactirelle added to still or sparkling water give it a fruity flavour of blackcurrant and elderflower. A simple, cost-effective way to replace sugary drinks with a good habit.
Two birds with one stone: Lactirelle also provides potassium, iron and vitamins B1 and B12, in a base of natural L(+) lactic acid.

The formula
Blackcurrant, potassium, iron and vitamins B1 and B12
Lactirelle is a natural lactic acid essence combined with blackcurrant concentrate (Ribes nigrum L.), natural elderflower flavouring and acerola. Steviol glycoside, a sweetener of natural origin derived from stevia, rounds off its fruity taste.
Per 2 x 5 ml, the formula provides 1,200 mg of potassium (60% RI), 4.2 mg of iron (30% RI), 0.84 mg of vitamin B1 (76% RI) and 3 µg of vitamin B12 (120% RI). The product carries the “Vegan” logo.
L(+) lactic acid
Free from milk and lactose
All of Lactirelle’s ingredients are contained in natural L(+) lactic acid, which contains neither milk nor lactose and pairs very well with the fruity taste of blackcurrant and elderflower.
