Ingredients (for 3 servings):
- For pancakes
- 100g of buckwheat flour
- 50g Amarante Blown
- 150ml of oatmeal
- 100ml of sparkling mineral water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- For the stuffing
- About 100g of vegetable spread
- 200g cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 100g of salad (eg chew and mini-Roman)
- 1 tablespoon of Tocoprotect
- 2 tablespoons ofElixir de Granada
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Of Alkaline salt blood pressure Dr. Jacob's®
- Pepper
Recipe:
For pancakes: mix with a whisk the buckwheat flour and amaranth with oat milk and mineral water. Heat the oil in a pan and cook.
In the meantime, clean and wash cucumber, tomatoes and salad. Cut the cucumber and tomato into small pieces.
Prepare a dressing with the Tocoprotect, theElixir de Granada, the balsamic vinegar, the Alkaline salt blood pressure of Dr.Jacob'S® and pepper. Pour on the salad and mix well.
Divide the salad on the pancakes and enjoy.
