Ingredients (for a portion):
- 1 apple or other seasonal fruit
- 50g oat graumu
- 5g of chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 200ml of soy milk
- 5ml of Lactirelle
- Ceylon cinnamon according to taste
Recipe:
Wash the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a dish and mix well.
TIP:
5ml of Lactirelle contain 1.5 μg of vitamin B12 . Adults should consume 2.5 μg per day.
