Spirulina is a small blue alga known for its remarkable nutritional properties (proteins, phycocyanins, rich in antioxidants ...).

Our spirulines are grown in Brittany where all stages of extraction are carried out cold to maintain both its excellent quality and nutritional wealth.

Our spirulina is grown in open pelvis, under greenhouse where it captures the energy of the sun, at a temperature adapted to its development. Perpetual movement using a wheel allows to brew the algae to prevent the stagnation of spirulina at the bottom of the basin.

We benefit from a natural location at the level of Pen Bea Bay, which requires us:

  • to respect the environment where we evolve;
  • to respect the natural life cycle of our micro-algae;
  • to reduce the impacts of our production.

Patented method of nutritional preservation

Our extraction patent is made from cool spirulina, cold, solvent-free or chemical, and makes it possible to extract a liquid spirulina.

Liquid spirulina is much better assimilated than dry spirulina!

Sterilization is also cold.

No heating stage alters the quality of our spirulines!

Thanks to this extraction process, unlike dried spirulina, the molecules of spirulina (phycocyanins, polysaccharides, vitamins and all other components) keep their spatial form called quaternary.

Their biological properties are thus perfectly preserved!

Its main activated molecule: phycocyanine.

The liquid form of our spirulina, 100% natural origin, contributes to faster and digestive assimilation by the body.

Phycocyanine is a green blue pigment found in spirulina.

Our extract does not contain dye, sugar, preservative, but it is rich in phycocyanins, the main active substance of spirulina!

Our spirulina contains a 15 mg content of polycocyanin by bulb, or 3000 mg / l!

The antioxidant activity of the phycocyanins of our liquid spirulina is 50 times larger than in dry spirulina.
