The formula combines medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil, a source of caprylic and capric acids, oregano leaf powder, which supports digestive comfort, grapefruit seed extract, which may contribute to the microbial balance of the body's organs and tissues, bromelain from pineapple and a lactic acid bacterium, Lactobacillus helveticus.

Per 3 capsules, Cand’Activ provides 750 mg of coconut MCT, including 337.5 mg of caprylic acid and 181.7 mg of capric acid, and 300 mg of oregano, a plant that supports digestive comfort.
These are complemented by 90 mg of grapefruit seed (including 40.5 mg of bioflavonoids), 75 mg of bromelain and 3 billion CFU of Lactobacillus helveticus, a lactic acid bacterium, for a formula designed with intestinal balance in mind.
