At the heart of the range
The polyphenols of the olive
THEhydroxytyrosol is one of the main polyphenols of olive and is a central element of the olive range.
The olive oil polyphenols help protect blood lipids against oxidative stress.1
According to EFSA, the beneficial effect is obtained from a daily consumption of 5 mg hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives, such as oloropein and tyrosol, for 20 g of olive oil.

The Olivie range draws its originality in olive trees grown in Morocco, in a particularly environment hot, arid and rocky.
These environmental conditions promote the natural mechanisms of defense of the olive tree and participate in the particular wealth of its fruits and leaves in polyphenols.
