Aminobase foams
Basic recipe for foam
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g), 200 ml of soybean beverage, oats, almond or hazelnut, whisk.
Chocolate mousse
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of soybean nature
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, cocoa powder, 200 ml soybean in a bowl, and mix with a whisk. Add stevibase for more sweetness.
Chi coffee mousse
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of soybean nature
- 2 coffee tables from Chi Café
- 1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder
- 43 g aminobase
- 1 handful of raspberries
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, chi coffee, cocoa powder, 200 ml soybean in a bowl, mix with a whisk. For a sweeter flavor, you can add stevibase. Decorate with raspberries.
Vanilla and almond mousse
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of soybean drink
- 1 tablespoon of grilled almonds
- 5 drops of vanilla aroma
- 1 teaspoon of Steviabase
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measures (43 g) from aminobase, stevibase, vanilla and almonds into a bowl. Add the beverage to soy, well mix with a whisk.
Banana foam
Ingredients for a portion:
- 1 banana
- 200 ml of almond beverage
- Hazelnut chocolate
- 43 g aminobase
Crush bananas with a fork in a bowl. Incorporate 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase, almond beverage, and mix everything. Garnish the banana foam with chocolate chips. For more sweetness, add stevibase.
Lemon Mousse
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of almond beverage
- 4 drops of lemon oil (Backaroma)
- Fresh lemon juice
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase in a bowl, add the almond beverage, lemon juice and lemon oil. Well mix with a whisk. For more sweetness, add stevibase.
Fruit and yoghurt mousse
Ingredients for a portion:
- 200 ml of fruit soy yogurt
- 43 g aminobase
Pour 4-5 measurements (43 g) from aminobase in a bowl, add soy yogurt to fruits, well mix with a whisk.
