For one cup, pour 100 ml of hot water over 6 g of Chi-Cafe® bio (about 2 teaspoons).
Sweeten if needed with SteviaBase and add about 30 ml of soya, oat or almond plant-based drink if desired.
To bring out the aromas further, froth the drink with a milk whisk.
Chi-Cafe® bio is also soluble in cold water and can be prepared as a frappé or iced coffee.
Suggested use: 3 cups per day.

Chi-Cafe® organic is an alternative to classic coffee, combining instant coffee with a large amount of acacia fibre, as well as guarana and ginseng extracts.
Certified ORGANIC, rich in fibre and a natural source of calcium, it combines the pleasure of coffee with a formula designed for energy and digestive enzymes.

Chi-Cafe® organic combines 20% freeze-dried instant coffee with a majority of acacia gum, rich in soluble fibre.
Its recipe is completed by natural caramel and vanilla flavourings, as well as guarana and ginseng extracts, to create a plant-based coffee with an original aromatic profile.

A natural source of calcium
Chi-Cafe® organic naturally provides calcium. This mineral contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Calcium is also needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
