Serenity Mix contains vitamins B6, B9 and B12 in their active form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin, respectively. Perfectly absorbed, they act faster in the body, without the need to be transformed by metabolism.

Directions for use

1 capsule per day with water, in the afternoon or at the end of the day.

The powder is not soluble. If the capsule is open, mix the powder with a compote.

Contraindications
