NATTOKINASE Forte provides 100 mg of Nattiase® nattokinase per capsule, corresponding to an enzymatic activity of 2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units).
The formula is completed by 1.1 mg of vitamin B1, i.e. 100% of the Reference Intake. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart.

Nattokinase: an enzyme derived from natto
Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soya beans. In Japan, it is commonly eaten as an accompaniment to rice.
It is produced by fermenting soya with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. This fermentation gives rise, among other things, to a characteristic enzyme: nattokinase.
NATTOKINASE Forte uses Nattiase®, a nattokinase obtained from fermented soya beans and standardised to deliver a precisely defined enzymatic activity.

What do the 2,000 FU mean?
FU, or fibrinolytic units, express the enzymatic activity of nattokinase. Each capsule of NATTOKINASE Forte provides 2,000 FU per 100 mg of Nattiase® nattokinase.
From natto to nattokinase
A purified nattokinase, free from vitamin K2
Natto naturally contains vitamin K2. The nattokinase used in NATTOKINASE Forte comes from the natural fermentation of soya, followed by an extraction and purification process that yields a finished ingredient free from vitamin K2.
The Nattiase® grade thus provides a concentrated, standardised nattokinase, with an enzymatic activity precisely set at 2,000 FU per capsule.
