Directions for use
- In attack
At the beginning of use, the recommended catch is 2 capsules a day for 10 to 15 days.
After this period, 1 capsule per day is sufficient.
Preferably, repeat this cure 2 to 3 times a year.

1 capsule per day at night (at bedtime) and for 2 weeks.
- Lactog Crispatus does not produce any side effects.
- People hypersensitive to one or more excipients of the product must abstain.

Conservation and stability
It is recommended to keep Lactog Crispatus in a cool and dry place. Avoid high temperatures and sources of forte heat. Use before the expiry date. The shelf life is 24 months: the expiry date is on the outer face of the package.
