Intensive phase:
Take 2 capsules per day for 10 to 15 days.
Then continue with 1 capsule per day.
This course can ideally be repeated 2 to 3 times a year.
As support:
Take 1 capsule per day in the evening, at bedtime, for 2 weeks.

LactoG Crispatus should be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid high temperatures and sources of intense heat. Use before the expiry date. The shelf life is 24 months: the expiry date is shown on the outside of the packaging.

Lactobacilli are bacteria naturally present in various floras of the body, notably the intestinal, skin and female floras.
Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus brevis are among the characteristic bacteria of the female flora and can on their own account for more than 60% of the vaginal microbiota.
LactoG Crispatus combines three specifically selected strains: Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus acidophilus, with more than 5 billion micro-organisms per capsule.
