Bioavailability
The acetylated form makes the difference

The magnesium taurate and theata mg® magnesium acetyl-taurinate are two different forms. Acetylation is precisely the particularity of ATA MG®.

Cognimag + uses vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, its metabolically active form.
