Melatonin, also called sleep hormone, helps you reduce your sleep time!

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland of the brain, but also in the gastrointestinal tract and in other parts of the body.

Melatonin is a compound derived from serotonin, itself derived from tryptophan. Its secretion is inhibited throughout the day thanks to the light. On the other hand, when it starts to make dark, it is released to allow falling asleep.

Its concentration naturally decreases with age and that is why the sleeping time generally increases with age.

If you sleep little, your melatonin rate is reduced. The opposite is also true!
Melatonine Activ 'brings you 1 mg melatonin per tablet to help you reduce your sleep time, of course, let the tablet be melted under the tongue, 10 to 15 minutes before bedtime.

Melatonine Activ 'helps you mitigate the effects of time difference. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least ½ activated melatonin tablet (0.5 mg of melatonin) just before setting the first day of the trip (or night work) and the next few days.

Directions for use

  • For fast falling asleep, 1 tablet per day to melt under the tongue, before bedtime.
  • To mitigate the effects of the time difference: min. ½ tablet / J to be melt under the tongue.

Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
