Our olive oil Olivie Plus 30X BIO contains up to 30 times more hydroxytyrosol polyphenols and is naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids. These benefit fromhealth claims confirmed by EFSA* :

Our extra virgin olive oil, obtained from a first cold pressing, Olivie Plus 30X BIO, comes from olive trees grown on virgin land, free from pollution and any surrounding contamination. A perfectly impeccable quality !
It is also Agricert organic certified: “voir analyse” translates from French to English as: **“see analysis”**.
We also have available the best kosher certification available. Thanks to it, Jews, even Orthodox Jews, can consume our oil throughout the year, including during Passover.
Professor Benlemlih M., Director of the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Sciences Dar El Mehraz, Fez, Morocco, confirms after analysis that our Olivie Plus 30X ORGANIC oil:
- contains about 10 times the normal amount of total polyphenols: a world innovation! This olive oil surely has a more powerful effect than any other ;
- also contains 30 times more hydroxytyrosol than a traditional extra virgin olive oil ;
- can be considered an ecological organic olive oil because no residue, no trace of pesticide or herbicide was found in the analysis.
Given that the Morocco organic certificate and label are refused in Europe, they are no longer displayed for the Olivie Plus 30X BIO product. Only the Agricert organic certificate, which confirms that Olivie Plus 30x is derived from organic farming and therefore validates the accuracy of the Morocco organic label, is included available here.

Naturally 30 times richer in polyphenols
According to the “Folin Ciocalteu” methodology, the analyses of extra virgin olive oil Olivie Plus 30X BIO showed that it is an oil naturally rich in polyphenols and more particularly in hydroxytyrosol, at a concentration that can reach 225 mg/kg, “, as well as in tyrosol at a concentration of 150 mg/kg.”.
She is about 30 times richer than a conventional extra virgin olive oil, whose hydroxytyrosol content is about 7 mg/kg.

Comparison of hydroxytyrosol levels contained in our oil
The total polyphenol content is also more than 5 times higher. Depending on the harvest, it can reach 2,908 mg/kg, compared with an average of 253 mg/kg for a conventional extra virgin olive oil.
Why is this Olivie Plus 30X Organic extra virgin olive oil so rich ?
We obtain this exceptional and unique quality because this olive oil comes from olive trees planted in a demanding natural environment, in a rocky desert near the Moroccan Atlas, in El Borouj. Just like the vine, an olive tree needs to suffer to produce the best of itself.
The very hot environment, which can reach 50°C in summer, the rocky soil in which the roots develop with difficulty, and the scarcity of water all stress olive trees. A natural defense phenomenon then occurs which translates into a very high production of polyphenols, and more particularly of hydroxytyrosol and tyrosol.
The ecological stress of the olive tree makes it give the best of itself to protect itself and protect YOU !
Given the unique character in the world and the high polyphenol content of our oil, its taste is more pronounced than that of traditional olive oils.
Bioavailability and assimilation
Hydroxytyrosol, the smallest of the existing polyphenolic molecular structures, is the most powerful polyphenol and the one most easily assimilated by the human body. Its naturally extremely low molecular mass allows it to cross the blood-brain barrier and reach the brain, in order to protect your blood lipids against oxidative stress throughout your body.
Its ORAC value is 40,000 μmol TE/g.
Harvest time and production
The olive harvest takes place between October and January and can vary from one year to the next.
Production takes place 2 to 3 months later. The new batches corresponding to the new production are therefore available the year after the harvest, and rarely before then.

Its appearance at low temperatures
When the outside temperature is below 7°C, the appearance of our Olivie Plus 30X BIO olive oil may be slightly altered: crystallization, deposits, a whitish color… and this is completely normal.
A high-quality olive oil solidifies at low temperature: this is proof that it is extra virgin and rich in polyphenols. The temperature at which olive oil begins to solidify is around 7°C. Below this temperature, the oil gradually thickens until it freezes.
A few hours at room temperature, around 20°C, are enough to restore its natural appearance.
This has no negative impact on its quality, and there is no need to refrigerate it.
Its taste quality
Olivie Plus 30X BIO is 30 times richer in polyphenols than traditional olive oils. This natural power is also reflected in its taste.
Let yourself be surprised by its pronounced flavor, slightly peppery and bitter: it is a sign of all its strength and benefits. To vary how you use it, use it on its own as a seasoning or blend it with other vegetable oils, such as rapeseed oil or wheat germ oil.
You can also add a few drops on your bread with a touch of honey to soften the taste. Let your imagination run free !
Variations in taste, smell, and appearance
“A different taste?” ?
The taste and smell of Olivie Plus 30X BIO may vary depending on the plots where the olives used for its production are harvested. On this desert farm, several plots make it possible to obtain this richness in polyphenols, and the type of soil has a direct influence on the taste and smell of the oil.
“Lighter color?” ?
Olive oil tanks contain sediments. At the beginning of storage, they remain suspended, then over time they naturally settle to the bottom of the tank. This can explain why one oil may appear clearer than a previous one.
Blackish or black sediment at the bottom of the bottle ?
The liquid substance of olive oil has two components: the oil and the olive water. Since we do not filter the oil in order not to lose polyphenols, it may happen that this olive water, which is in fact the juice of the olive, becomes mixed with the oil. Heavier than the oil, it can, very rarely, settle at the bottom of the bottle.

Olivie plus 30x bio contains 60 mg of polyphenols per 20g of olive oil, or 20x plus than the minimum dose recommended by the EFSA (5mg)!
Beneficial with a minimum of calories!
The beneficial effect of Olivie plus 30x bio is encountered when consuming a single tablespoon (or 2 c. At coffee), which corresponds to 30 tablespoons of conventional olive oil, without calories!

1 Les polyphénols contribuent à protéger les lipides sanguins contre le stress oxydant. L’allégation ne peut être utilisée que pour de l’huile d’olive contenant au moins 5 mg d’hydroxytyrosol et ses dérivés (comme le complexe oleuropéine et le tyrosol) pour 20 g d’huile d’olive.

2 Le remplacement des graisses saturées dans l’alimentation quotidienne par les graisses insaturées d’Olivie permet de favoriser une cholestérolémie normale.

**L’oléocanthal et l’oléaceine sont des formes conjuguées de l’hydroxytyrosol et du tyrosol qui diffèrent uniquement par un groupe hydroxyl (-OH). L’oléaceine possède seulement un groupe OH en plus par rapport à l’oléocanthal.
En analysant ce tableau comparatif, nous constatons que tous nos produits Olivie proviennent de la même région de l’Atlas marocain et possèdent donc ce même chémotype particulier très riche en polyphénols, et surtout en hydroxytyrosol.
En terme de bienfaits pour la santé, cette richesse en polyphénols protège vos lipides contre le stress oxydant.
Par ailleurs, Olivie Plus 30x Bio et Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert, qui contiennent des acides gras insaturés, contribuent à une cholestérolémie normale lorsqu’ils remplacent les acides gras saturés de votre alimentation quotidienne.
En terme de teneur en polyphénol hydroxytyrosol, nous constatons que :
- Olivie Plus 30x Bio est 30x plus riche en hydroxytyrosol qu’une huile d’olive traditionnelle. Nous la conseillons à raison d'une consommation quotidienne de minimum 1 c. à café par jour.
- Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert et Olivie Riche sont respectivement 62 à 200 fois plus riches en hydroxytyrosol qu’ Olivie Plus 30x Bio. Nous conseillons donc ces 2 produits en attaque.
En terme de concentration en polyphénols, Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert et Olivie Riche sont tous 2 très riches en polyphénols, c’est leur forme qui diffère :

Olivie Riche se présente en gélules et nous conseillons une prise quotidienne de 2 à 6 gélules par jour.

Il peut également s’utiliser en massage, sur le visage ou le corps.
Ce sont les perles qui regorgent de polyphénols et qui nagent elles-mêmes dans une huile d’olive.
