“Olivie Perles d'Oliviers du Désert” is also called “Olive Caviar” because its color and texture resemble those of caviar. Its appearance, in the form of small round black pearls, as well as its taste, both subtle and powerful, will pair perfectly with all your everyday dishes.
Olivie Desert Olive Pearls is very rich in polyphenols (hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol, oleocanthal...), of the “antioxydants naturels” translates to **“natural antioxidants.”**, “, to promote the” protection of blood lipids against oxidative stress. Directions for use
1 teaspoon a day.
A pot is equivalent to ± 68 spoons.
After opening, there is 6 weeks away from heat and moisture, or longer when its mode of preservation is well respected:
- The spoon used must be specific to each use.
- It is always necessary to ensure that there is 1 cm of olive oil that covers pearls (it is the pearls that are rich in polyphenols and they must consume). If the level of olive oil was too low, then we must add a little olive oil.
- When using this product, it is important to consume it daily as soon as it is opened.
- Keep dry and sheltered from heat.
After opening, is preserved 6 weeks away from heat and moisture.

1 Les polyphénols contribuent à protéger les lipides sanguins contre le stress oxydant. L’allégation ne peut être utilisée que pour de l’huile d’olive contenant au moins 5 mg d’hydroxytyrosol et ses dérivés (comme le complexe oleuropéine et le tyrosol) pour 20 g d’huile d’olive.
➔ Nous dépassons largement le dosage de polyphénols nécessaires pour avoir l’effet en protection cardiovasculaire !
2 Le remplacement des graisses saturées dans l’alimentation quotidienne par les graisses insaturées d’Olivie permet de favoriser une cholestérolémie normale.
*Les teneurs en polyphénols et dérivés peuvent varier selon les fluctuations normales des valeurs des produits d’origine naturelle.
**L’oléocanthal et l’oléaceine sont des formes conjuguées de l’hydroxytyrosol et du tyrosol qui diffèrent uniquement par un groupe hydroxyl (-OH). L’oléaceine possède seulement un groupe OH en plus par rapport à l’oléocanthal.
En analysant ce tableau comparatif, nous constatons que tous nos produits Olivie proviennent de la même région de l’Atlas marocain et possèdent donc ce même chémotype particulier très riche en polyphénols, et surtout en hydroxytyrosol.
En terme de bienfaits pour la santé, cette richesse en polyphénols protège vos lipides contre le stress oxydant.
Par ailleurs, Olivie Plus 30x Bio et Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert, qui contiennent des acides gras insaturés, contribuent à une cholestérolémie normale lorsqu’ils remplacent les acides gras saturés de votre alimentation quotidienne.
En terme de teneur en polyphénol hydroxytyrosol, nous constatons que :
- Olivie Plus 30x Bio est 30x plus riche en hydroxytyrosol qu’une huile d’olive traditionnelle. Nous la conseillons à raison d'une consommation quotidienne de minimum 1 c. à café par jour.
- Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert et Olivie Riche sont respectivement 62 à 200 fois plus riches en hydroxytyrosol qu’ Olivie Plus 30x Bio. Nous conseillons donc ces 2 produits en attaque.
En terme de concentration en polyphénols, Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert et Olivie Riche sont tous 2 très riches en polyphénols, c’est leur forme qui diffère :

Olivie Riche se présente en gélules et nous conseillons une prise quotidienne de 2 à 6 gélules par jour.
➔ 2 gélules par jour pour agir au quotidien,
➔ 6 gélules par jour en attaque.
- Olivie Perles d’Oliviers du Désert se présente en « Perles » d’Olive, à l’image du caviar, il donnera une touche et saveur originales à tous vos menus (sur des toasts, sur le poisson, dans vos salades...), tout en apportant des bénéfices santé. Il peut également s’utiliser en massage, sur le visage ou le corps.
Ce sont les perles qui regorgent de polyphénols et qui nagent elles-mêmes dans une huile d’olive.
