Why is Olivette sustainable?

Olivette is a good example of circular economy where nothing is lost. The briquettes are made exclusively by the recycling of the branches from the annual olive size, mixed with olive nuclei and olive pulp obtained after oil pressing. These recycled materials are assembled according to a method of production respectful of the environment. Compared with conventional charcoal briquettes and relative to traditional charcoal, olivette emits 30% less carbon monoxide.
