Natural L-Theanine
L-theanine is an amino acid naturally present in green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis).
It does not have to confuse it with the theine, which is nothing but caffeine, and who has the opposite effects!
In Theanine Activ 'We use an ultra pure green tea leaf extract with 40% of L-theanine: 250 mg for a dose of 100 mg by capsule.
Caffeine and negligible EGCG contents
