A concentrate of nutrients
Aloe vera is a plant known for its natural wealth of nutrients: vitamins, minerals, long-chain polysaccharides, polyphenols, amino acids, essential fatty acids and aromatic oils.
Dr. Jacob’s® Aloe vera juice is concentrated in aloverose (around 9%, i.e. 680 mg per litre), an active substance naturally present in the fresh leaf. It is purified and free from anthraquinones, compounds that can cause digestive discomfort when consumed in large quantities.

Organic cultivation
Grown under the Andalusian sun
Dr. Jacob’s® Aloe vera is grown in Andalusia, a warm region with little rainfall that perfectly suits the plant’s natural needs.
The leaves are harvested by hand roughly every three years, allowing the plant to grow naturally and regenerate.
This method of cultivation produces a freshly pressed Aloe vera juice with pulp, of raw vegetable quality.
Cold process
Quality preserved, with no heating step
After being picked by hand, the leaves are processed within 24 hours. Every step is carried out at low temperature to preserve the nutritional qualities of the juice and pulp. Pasteurisation is done using high pressure rather than heat: it eliminates pathogens while retaining the nutrients.
