Bitter Force, organic bitters made with bitter plants
Even with a healthy diet, our plates hardly provide any bitter substances any more. Bitter Force (Bittere Kracht) from NATURAMedicatrix brings together a concentrate of plant-based bitter substances, certified organic: angelica, gentian, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, galangal, ginger, artichoke and milk thistle.
The plants are cold-dried over many months, without filtration, to create a plant concentrate to be savoured before meals, neat or diluted in a little water.

Following the principles of Hildegard of Bingen
The original Bitter Force formula combines bitter herbs and roots selected according to the traditional monastic knowledge of the abbess Hildegard of Bingen. These mildly bitter plant substances are carefully and harmoniously balanced.
With industrialisation, bitter substances have all but disappeared from common varieties of vegetables and fruit, in favour of a sweet taste. Bitter Force invites you to rediscover the bitterness of our grandmothers’ cooking: you will quickly get used to its taste, especially with regular use.

In the tradition of bitters, Bitter Force is savoured before eating: a small sip, neat or diluted with water, held in the mouth for a moment to appreciate its delicate aroma. The bitter taste is perceived mainly at the back of the tongue.
