Folate in a form directly active
Folic activ' brings vitamin B9 in the form of 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the active and methylated form of folate.
Unlike conventional folic acid, this form does not require the same stages of enzymatic transformation before it can be used by the body.
Each capsule brings 400 μg of vitamin B9 Active fourfolic®, 200% of the reference inputs.

Vitamin B9 already in its active form
Classical folic acid must undergo several transformations in the body before reaching its biologically active form.
Quatrefolic® brings directly from 5-mthf, an active and methylated form of vitamin B9 which does not require this enzymatic transformation.
This form is also distinguished by its excellent stability and is 7x better assimilated than folic acid.
