THEElixir of Granada Dr. Jacob's is elaborated from 95% grenade, in the form of partially fermented juice concentrate and pulp.
Thanks to its particular process of bio-fermentation and concentration, it brings 36,000 mg / l polyphenols : a concentration about 35 × upper to that of a classic pomegranate juice.

Bio-fermentation in the heart of Elixir
Grenada naturally contains many polyphenols. The originality of the Elixir lies in a process involving bio-fermentation and concentration.
The fermentation transforms in particular the complex structures naturally present in the fruit in simpler compounds, while the concentration makes it possible to obtain a particularly high polyphenol content.

The fruit in the heart of the formula
95% grenade
The Elixir is composed of 95% grenade (Punica Granatum), in the form of partially fermented juice and pulp concentrate.
The formula is supplemented in particular by concentrate of elderberry juice, vanilla and a mixture of spices comprising cinnamon, anise, clove, cardamom, coriander, ginger and pepper of Jamaica.

To prepare a grenade drink, mix 10 ml Elixir in 100 to 200 ml of water or soy milk and consume between meals.

400 mg potassium per serving
A daily portion of 20 ml brings 400 mg potassium, or 20% of the daily reference inputs. Potassium contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure.

Directions for use
- Mix 10 ml of Granada Elixir with 200ml of water 2 times a day (to take between meals)
- Ability to mix with soy milk
- After opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 7 weeks.
Between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and evening meal (eg 10h / 16h or before bedtime).
Focus from animal proteins (fish, meat, eggs, milk, ...) but possibility to consume with vegetable proteins (a vegetable drink (soy, walnut) or fruit salad).
The bioavailability of polyphenols appears reinforced if they are preferably taken alone, 20 minutes before meals, otherwise, 1h30 after meals. Avoid mixing them with rich meals or animal protein.
Important: forget about Keep your bottle with fridge, especially during the summer!
Not recommended in case of gastric acidity and reflux (fermented product with acid pH).
