Interest of shark liver oil
Shark liver oil has been used much in Scandinavia, and still currently in particular for its high concentration of AlkylGlycerols AKG. The liver of sharks constitutes up to 25% of the weight of these animals!
The AKGs are naturally present in the human organs, but in much smaller quantity. They are found in particular at the level of the membranes of certain cells:
- In blood organs: bone marrow, spleen and liver.
- In immune cells: neutrophils.
- In breast milk.

Directions for use
3 to 6 capsules per day divided into 3 outlets during meals, with a glass of water.
For young children or anyone with difficulty swallowing capsules, capsule can be pierced and content consumed with food.
Contraindications
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects (polyols). Disregard children under 6 years old.
