HMB (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate) is a metabolite naturally derived from leucine, an essential amino acid.
HMB Magnesium provides HMB in the form of Ca-HMB and combines it with magnesium bisglycinate, which contributes to normal muscle function.

Understanding HMB
A derivative of leucine
Leucine is an essential amino acid found in particular in protein-rich foods.
A small proportion of the leucine used by the body is converted into HMB. HMB can therefore be provided directly through supplementation, without relying solely on this natural conversion.
From leucine to HMB
Leucine is first metabolised into KIC (α-ketoisocaproate), part of which can then be converted into HMB.
In the end, only a small proportion of ingested leucine is naturally converted into HMB.

Dosage
420 mg of HMB per capsule
One capsule provides 420 mg of HMB. At a dose of 6 capsules, the intake reaches 2,520 mg of HMB, combined with 480 mg of calcium and 60 mg of magnesium.
