HMB magnesium brings HMB in the form of It-hmb and associates with magnesium bisglycinate, which contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles.

Understand the HMB
A derivative of leucine
The leucine is an essential amino acid present in particular in protein-rich foods.
A small part of the leucine used by the body is transformed into HMB. The HMB can be brought directly through supplementation, without depending solely on this natural conversion.
Leucine at the HMB
Leucine is first metabolized in KIC (α-cetoisocaproate), a part of which can then be converted to HMB.
In the end, only one Low proportion of ingested leucine is naturally transformed into HMB.
