Spirulina is a naturally rich blue-green micro algae in nutritional compounds, especially in phycocyanines, the characteristic pigments of its color.
Spirulina strong phycocyanine is obtained from fresh spirulina grown in Brittany and transformed thanks to a patented cold extraction process to preserve nutritional quality.

Spirulina used is grown in France, in Brittany, near the pen Bay Bay.
It develops in open ponds under greenhouse, at a temperature adapted to its growth. The basins are continually brewed in order to avoid the stagnation of spirulina and to promote its development.

Patented process
A cold extraction
The patented process uses fresh spirulina. The extraction is carried out cold, without solvent or chemical, in order to obtain a liquid extract.
Sterilization is also carried out cold: no heating step intervenes during the process.
This method preserves the different components of spirulina, including the phycocyanins, polysaccharides and vitamins.

The liquid shape allows a rapid assimilation and offers a practical alternative to dry spirulina traditionally proposed in tablets or powder.

The phycocyanine is the blue-green pigment naturally present in spirulina.
Spirulina strong phycocyanine brings 15 mg of phycocyanins in each ampoule of 5 ml, a concentration of 3000 mg / L.
