This pack combines 1 bottle of Pomegranate Elixir (500 ml) and 1 box of GranaProsan (100 capsules), providing about 25 days of pomegranate polyphenols in liquid and capsule form.

Pomegranate Elixir: mix 10 ml of Elixir with 200 ml of water, twice a day, between meals, for example around 10 am and 4 pm, or before bedtime. It can also be mixed with soya milk. Avoid taking it with a rich meal or with animal proteins (fish, meat, eggs, milk…). Once opened, the bottle must be kept in the refrigerator and used within 7 weeks.
GranaProsan: take 2 capsules, twice a day, preferably between meals, away from animal proteins (fish, eggs, milk, cheese…).
The pack lasts about 25 days at the doses indicated.
Contraindications
Pomegranate Elixir: not recommended in cases of stomach acidity and reflux (fermented product with an acidic pH).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

(of which 50% pomegranate juice and 50% freeze-dried pomegranate juice extract), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), elderberry concentrate (Sambucus nigra), anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, rice extract (Oryza sativa), silicon dioxide, medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil. May contain traces of nuts.

Pomegranate Pack: Pomegranate Elixir and GranaProsan together
The Pomegranate Pack combines 1 bottle of Pomegranate Elixir (500 ml) and 1 box of GranaProsan (100 vegetable capsules), two Dr. Jacob’s products made from pomegranate (Punica granatum).
Both products provide pomegranate polyphenols in two complementary forms: a liquid concentrate obtained through a bio-fermentation process, to be diluted in water, and a low-temperature freeze-dried extract in handy capsules to take with you. At the doses indicated, the pack lasts about 25 days.

What’s in the pack
Two products, one pomegranate
Pomegranate Elixir: 1 bottle of 500 ml
- Bio-fermented pomegranate juice and pulp concentrate: 720 mg of polyphenols per daily serving of 20 ml
- Naturally a source of potassium: 400 mg per serving (20% of the RI); potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure
GranaProsan: 1 box of 100 capsules
- 360 mg of pomegranate polyphenols per 2 capsules
- Extract concentrated under vacuum at low temperature, then freeze-dried, in vegetable capsules
Two processes
Bio-fermentation and freeze-drying
Pomegranate Elixir consists of 95% pomegranate, in the form of juice and pulp concentrate. Its process combines bio-fermentation and concentration: it provides 36,000 mg/l of polyphenols, a concentration about 35× higher than that of a standard pomegranate juice.
For GranaProsan, pomegranate juice and pulp are reduced under vacuum at low temperature and then freeze-dried, a cold drying method that preserves the quality of the plant substances. The capsule form lets you enjoy concentrated pomegranate without its bitter, tart taste.
Day to day
A drink at home, capsules on the go
The Elixir is prepared as a drink, diluted in water or soya milk, and is kept in the refrigerator once opened. GranaProsan capsules are easy to carry and fit in when you are away from home. Both products are preferably taken between meals, away from animal proteins. The amounts for each product are given in the Instructions for use tab.
