Directions for use
For adults, 3 capsules during breakfast and 3 capsules at lunch, with water.
For children:
- 25-29 kg: 3 capsules a day
- 30-39 kg: 4 capsules per day
- 40-49 kg: 5 capsules a day
- 50 kg and over: 6 capsules a day
Note that there is a powder form, more adapted to children:
