Thyro-mix is rich in natural iodine from the fucus, a marine alga also called "kelp", as well as selenium.

  • This beneficial synergy (iodine and selenium) promotes normal thyroid function.

The thyroid is a small butterfly shaped gland, about 5 cm located in the neck, just under the skin and below the Adam apple. It is composed of 2 lobes interconnected by a central part called the isthmus.

The thyroid secretes thyroid hormones (T4 and T3) that play a role in many functions of the body: heart rate, speed at which calories are burned, growth, heat production, digestion ...

The 2 thyroid hormones, the T3 and the T4, respectively, contain three and four iodine atoms per molecule. As iodine is not contained in many foods, it is interesting to be supplemented.
