Apply 2 teaspoons per day to the skin and massage until absorbed.
One 5 ml serving (1 teaspoon) provides 105 mg of elemental magnesium, 650 mg of OptiMSM® and 1.5 mg of melatonin.
For use at the end of the day, the cream can be applied before bedtime.

Magnesium from an ancient, preserved source
The Zechstein Sea is an ancient underground sea lying beneath the Netherlands, nearly 2 km deep, formed around 250 million years ago.
DERMAGNESIUM uses magnesium chloride from this source in a formula designed to be applied directly to the skin.
