Dr. Jacob’s® Alkaline Salt Blood Pressure is a blend of mineral salts and crystal salt with a reduced sodium content: it keeps the taste of table salt, with a sodium content that is 50% lower.
It is a source of potassium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Its crystal salt is harvested at the foot of the Himalayas, without any refining process.

Our tips for reducing your sodium intake
- Don’t add salt while cooking, only at the table.
- Cut down on or avoid processed foods (sausages, bread, cheese, snacks, ready meals), which are the main sources of salt.
- Eat foods that are sources of potassium: fruit, vegetables, spices and nuts.
- Avoid seasoning blends, which often contain salt, and opt for single spices instead.
- Choose a mineral water that is low in sodium.
- Exercise: some of the salt is eliminated through the skin when you sweat.
- Cook your meals yourself: it is the only way to know what they contain.
